This was a great read. As a teacher of Labor Law, this gave me some great takes on what is often considered settled law. Let's hope Biden's Board undoes the knee-capping of the NLRA done by decades of Republican appointees to the NLRB. The SCOTUS, situation, however, makes me a bit skeptical of far-reaching successes.

Thank you, Rafal. No doubt some of these reversals would invite increased judicial scrutiny from the Trump's judiciary. But as I will try to communicate over and over again on this platform, I believe being bold and risky is better than the NLRB's complacent alternative.
